Live. Serve. Lead. 2012
Student Leadership Training Event
August 4, 2012
10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Live. Serve. Lead. is designed to help serious-minded youth in your church develop their leadership abilities, draw closer to God and connect to one another as a student ministry team. This event is intended for, but not limited to, high school sophomores and juniors who demonstrate extraordinary leadership potential.
The speaker will be announced closer to the event dates.
The day’s events will include lectures and discussions, as well as adventure and group activities coordinated by Geneva’s Pisgah Program (no athletic ability required). You and other pastors will also have the opportunity to meet with your student leaders to begin brainstorming ideas for practical application within your youth group.
The event is $10 per student. This fee includes lunch and snacks, as well as lectures and initiatives. And as a thank you for your service to youth, you and one additional youth leader will attend free of charge.
Registration will open on June 1, 2012. Please visit the website on or after that date to register. You will be asked to identify up to 10 students from your youth group whom you feel have leadership skills that can be developed at this event. Please include their names when you make your reservation. Space is limited to 100 youth.10

A word from Hawk Nelson about The Revolve Tour…
“No matter how hard we fall, God, in his love, is there to pick us up,” says drummer Justin Benner. The guys of Hawk Nelson admit that they could jump around, rock out and call it a day, but they believe their purpose is to know and be the love of God to people everywhere. “Some might see Hawk Nelson as this ‘good time party band’ but each of us feels very strongly about our faith.” It’s that faith that fuels their music—and you can hear their music in person when Grammy-nominated Christian punk rock band Hawk Nelson takes the stage at The Revolve Tour: Dream On!
